Many issues have also been reported to warranty. So far, only one issue had been scheduled for repair, but the worker did not call or show up and I have not been able to get a response from anyone since. Absolutely every trade messed up on our new build. We have been supervising fixes for a year. Basement windows were replaced due to defective.

They replied to the BBB complaint 8/10 saying work was being scheduled to have completed. And a Customer representative called me asking not to post any social media complaints and that they had talk to everyone and were going to get everything done. I accepted their offer and believed they would complete the work. Their homes are so cheaply made, doesn’t complete the work. They only want the money not to give the customer a good product. We have had many incomplete work in the house, their response is sooo slow.

Wish i would have paid for a home inspection before closing. Lots of things wrong and Received dirty house with several damages. Neighbors i talked to had a similar experience.Three months later several items still not fixed noted at time of final walk through.

I closed on my home with a promise unfinished items would be completed with 30 days after closing. It is now almost 2 months later, and nothing has been completed. I’m constantly reaching out; I have been rescheduled 4 times and nothing. One of my rooms does not get any air flow to it so the room is deathly hot. The warranty people came out and stated they cannot do anything because the AC is working however there is still NO air flowing in that room.

With all the home builders out there, do not choose this one unless you love drama created by management. Childish behavior, intolerance, rude, unhelpful, ungrateful and demeaning.
Winter just hit and my heater doesn’t even work. There is still work that needs to be finished but hasn’t been acknowledged I’m months now. Once I bought the home and paid, it’s been a nightmare.
